An inspection of the event log of the Web Interface server revealed several number of below mentioned errors with Event ID 0 (Screen Shot 1). To ensure that the XenApp server was properly connected to the data store, the customer restarted the IMA service and recreated the Local Host Cache. The ICA listener registry settings were imported from the working server, but this had no effect on the behavior.
Attempting to connect using Quick Launch to the server's desktop, using the IP address, froze in a Connecting state. Attempting to launch individual published applications using the IP address was also unsuccessful. The applications did enumerate using Quick Launch, however, launching them also resulted in a frozen “Connecting' state.
